This activity is used to register index of values against which the employee performance will be measured. Defining the index is vital in employee performance measurement process. The performance indicator is company dependent enabling modifications per company type.
Use Performance Indicator to set up the Performance Index (e.g. Excellent, Good, Average, Poor) to measure how an employee has performed. The basic data will show what range of nominal value an employee should have to be eligible for a particular Performance Index.
In the Performance Index field, specify the name for the index value. Specify the minimum value for the index in the Minimum Value field. Decide if the minimum value should fall within the index or create a border line with another index value. You can select Yes in the Minimum Inclusive field to include the minimum value within the index.
In the Maximum Value field, set the maximum value for the index. Decide if the maximum value should fall within the index or create a border line with another index value. You can select Yes in the Maximum Inclusive field to include the maximum value within the index.
