Perform Gap Analysis

Explanation

Gap Analysis process is used prior to either a development review or career plan review. Use Gap Analysis to analyze the competency gap between an employee and his or her Job, Profile, or with other employees. Based on the result as an indicator, the company can perform a more effective Employee Development Program.

Before you can use this function, all basic data that you will compare against must be defined for all employees.
