In My Performance Evaluation Detail, you will be able to view objectives, activities and general performance assigned to you.
The Weight Summary section shows what progress did you make in reaching your goals. The bar represents all of your goals registered for the year, and fills up as those goals are fulfilled. Due to different importance of goals, fulfilling some of them can fill the bar more.
Under Objectives & Activities, select and objective and then select the Self Review option. This will guide you to the Self Review assistant. In this assistant, there are two sections. The Self Review section allows you to do the self assessment while the Objective Detail section provides more detail about the objective you are assessing.
To complete the Self Review,
Managers will be able to see employees' self-review when they navigate to Supervisor Review.
