Use this activity to track the progress of the evaluaion process. In here, all the Supervisors whom can be accessed by the logged in user would be listed. Supervisor would appear here only when there are employees reporting to him/her.
For the same supervisor, multiple rows could appear when access is granted with multiple rows.
Use the Perfromance Valid on field in the header to fetch the records based on the defined Performance period. It will check the Perfromance Valid on date with the Validity Period of the perfromance Period.
In here, the progress can be measured in two ways,
1. Based on the
Header Status of the Evaluation form
2. Based on existance of at least
one Objective or General Perfromance Criteria
Based on the organization
requiremnet either one of the above can be used.
Click on the nested list to view the employees reporting to the supervisor. Individual staus of the empoyee can also be seen here.
Perfromance Period should be defined and employee access should be setup as only the employees whom the logged in user will have access will be visible here.
