In order to get search results, add comptency selection details to the list (Competency Selection). The results will get generated according to the defiend selection criteria.
In order to perform this activity, Competencies should be defined with levels in 'Competency Structure'. Defined competency should be in 'Public' status to use that for analysis. Refer Additional Information section of the relevant competency record in 'Competency Structure'
As a resut of this activity, a record will get added to 'Competency Selection' section.
