Start Evaluation For Single Employee

Explanation

This activity is used to create a performance evaluation for a single employee. This can be performed via below pages.

 New Employee Evaluation opens the assistant which enables you to create a performance evaluation for a single employee.

There are two methods available to create/update evaluations

1. New: Create a new Evaluation (without Objectives and General Performance)

2. Copy: Create/update evaluations by copying information from an existing Evaluation. You need to select one of following options to include.

All Options: Include All Objectives, Activities and General Performance

Objectives: Include Objectives

Activities: Include Activities

General Performance: Include General Performance

Weightage (Optional) : Include Weightage (This option helps to avoid conflicts in the weightage when copying information)

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, Employee and Performance Period should be defined

System Effects

As a result of this Activity new evaluation form will be created for the selected employee. New Objectives/General Performance will be added to Evaluation Forms when copying information.
