Update Employee Performance Summary

Explanation

Manually update each employee's performance result in the Performance Summary. Any input or change in status of an employee's evaluation via Performance Evaluations will update the status in Performance Summary as well.

 Objectives with a status for which the Exclude from Final Result option is selected in Performance Status will not be considered for the result. The All Objectives Included option indicates if the employee has all objectives in the final status. You can enter further information in the Conclusion field.

Changes will be reflected in Performance Evaluation as well.
