Answer and Reply Employee Survey

Explanation

This activity is used to answer a survey that has been published. When a survey is published, an email is sent to selected participants with the link to access the survey. Notification email contains the link to access the employee survey. For participants who are accessing the survey via mobile device should synchronize their device with the IFS Cloud to download the survey.

Prerequisites

• It is required that employees are registered as participants and included in selected participants for the survey and included in selected Participants section on Survey.

System Effects

• The answers given by participants can be viewed in the Survey Answers and can be analyzed in the Answer Analysis section on Survey.
