An equipment object structure with all the functional and serial objects created for a facility such as buildings, departments, machines, ventilation systems, and/or transport systems, etc., contains a large amount of information, which can be used for planning and preparing preventive maintenance actions. The equipment information includes object type, type designation, location of the object, technical data and spare parts. It can also contain object parameters for which you can enter measurements, which in turn can trigger PM actions to generate work orders if the measured value is outside acceptable limits.
