Call Remote Assistance Expert Group
Explanation
This activity is used to call an Expert Group from Remote Assistance contact
list.
Prerequisites
- Expert Group should be configured in Solution Manager > Remote Assistance >
Groups.
- Expert Group should consist of Active users whose Remote Assistance status
is Available.
- Expert Group should either be stand alone (not connected to any Standard
Group) or should be connected as a sub group of end user connected Standard
Group.
System Effects
- Expert Group can be found on the Remote Assistance contact list of the end
user.
- Possible to initiate a call with the Expert Group.
- On calling an Expert Group, it will call each user in the group in sequence
until one answers.
