Initiate Remote Assistance
Explanation
This activity is used to initiate a Remote Assistance call when workers
require assistance from an expert to complete their work.
Prerequisites
- Remote Assistance Enterprise should be registered and configured in
Solution Manager > Remote Assistance > Configuration and Enterprise
Settings.
- User should be configured as an Active Remote Assistance user in Solution
Manager > Remote Assistance > Users.
System Effects
- Remote Assistance feature is enabled for the logged on user on the client
(Aurena, Aurena Native) with the option to make/receive Remote Assistance
calls.
- Call option is enabled from Menu bar in Aurena and from following screens
in Aurena native.
