Manually Generate Absence for Employee Travel
Explanation
This activity is used to register absence corresponding to the travel period.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity,
- The settings for generating absence for employee travel are required
to be defined for the travel request configuration ID linked to this option.
Note that it is generally possible to generate absence manually, only if
the Automatically Create Absence Period option is not selected in
the configuration. However, even if this option is selected, if the automatic
absence creation fails due to some conditions in time reporting, you will
still be allowed to manually generate the absence.
- One travel option is required to be in Selected state.
- This travel option in Selected state is required to have travel
start and travel end dates registered.
- An absence record should not already be created for the period of travel.
System Effects
As a result of this activity;
- Absence intervals will be created in the Time Card Day and the absence
result will be calculated.
- Also, corresponding absence records will be created in the Absence Calendar.
