Search GL Voucher Rows

Explanation

This activity is used to display voucher row information for one or several vouchers in the general ledger (GL).

Note: You can reach this page also from GL Vouchers Analysis, GL Balance Analysis, GL Structure Balance Analysis, Projects Analysis, Project Analysis, and Structure Project Analysis and Lease Accounting Balance Analysis.

Prerequisites

Before voucher row information can be queried, the following must have been completed:

• The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is done via the Basic Data in IFS/General Ledger.
• The voucher(s) must have been updated from the hold table to the General Ledger.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.
