Select Balance Information Via Structure

Explanation

Use this activity to select balance information in the general ledger via a query and reporting structure.

Prerequisites

Before balances can be selected, the following must have been completed:

• The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is done via the Authority folder in IFS Cloud/General Ledger.
• The query and reporting structure must have been specified in Accounting Structure in IFS Cloud/General Ledger.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected balance information will be displayed. The user can use the Group Data feature to define how the balances are to be displayed on screen.
