Use this activity to select balance information from the general ledger. To view budget/planning balances GL Balance Set is required.
Before selecting the balance information, the authority rules for making queries must be specified in General Ledger/Authority.
As a result of this activity, the selected balance information will be displayed. You can use the Group Data feature to redefine how the balances should be displayed by selecting the lines in the GL Balance Analysis page.
