Create Depreciation Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to create one or several depreciation proposals. 

A new depreciation proposal cannot be created if a depreciation proposal of the status Created or Authorized already exists for the selected book.

Note:Based on the parameters selected, the table will show the different combinations of the depreciation proposals to be created. Unselect Include option if you do not want to create a depreciation proposal for a specific combination.

Prerequisites

Before creating a depreciation proposal, the following must have been completed:

• Each object that you want to include in the depreciation proposal must be connected to at least one book and a depreciation method.
• The object/objects to be included in a depreciation proposal must have Active status. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity a depreciation proposal will be created in status Active.
