This activity is used to create a fixed asset object (FA object) connected to a lease contract. The created FA object will have object type Right-of-Use and object status Investment.
Also, to import opening balances of the lease contract, the created FA object should be of object type Right-of-Use and object status Registered.
A lease contract with status Preliminary must have been defined on Lease Accounting Contract page.
IFS/Fixed Asset must have been defined in IFS/Accounting Rules .
As a result of this activity, a fixed asset object (FA object) is created and connected to the lease contract. The FA object will have object type Right-of-Use and Investment status. Or in order to import opening balances of the lease accounting contract the FA object will have the object type Right-of-Use and Registered status.
