Perform this activity to create a new service person resource. Using the assistant, it is possible to create a new service resource from an existing person, or if no person exists, the assistant will create a new person along with the resource. In both scenarios an employee will be created an connected to the person. If no Resource ID is entered, the system will generate an ID.
The service person resource must be connected to a service resource group and the connections to company and site from the resource group are defaulted as connections to the service person. In the assistant it is also possible to enter a Scheduling Type which can be used for PSO scheduling tool, and enable the user to be a mobile user.
