Select Lease Accounting Balance information
Explanation
Use this activity to select balances for one or several lease contracts.
Lease Accounting Balance Analysis displays information
for one or several lease contracts.
Prerequisites
Before lease accounting information can be queried, the following must have
been completed:
- Basic information for the lease contract(s) must have been entered on
the Lease Accounting Contract page.
- The financial transactions for the lease contract(s) must have been
created through Create Recognition Postings, Create Periodical Accounting
Proposal and Create Payable Accounting Proposal.
- The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is
done via the Basic Data folder in IFS/General Ledger.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the selected balances are to be displayed on screen.
You can select group data feature to redefine the way selected balances of lease
accounting contract should be displayed.
