This assistant can be used to move media items between Database and File Storage type repositories.
Use step 1 to define the repository information and media item types to be transferred. If required you can select the types of business objects connected with the media items, to only transfer the media items connected those specific business object types or you can Finish without specifying business object types as well. If there are selected business objects types, step 2 will be accessible.
Use step 2 to view the selected business object types and the respective quantities of media items that will be moved from the old repository to the new one. If required, it is possible to deselect any selected business object type as well.
Once you Finish, a background job will be executed for the transfer. The details of the transfer can be seen in the corresponding application messages posted for each media item transfer in the MEDIA_LIBRARY_REPO_TRANSFER queue.
