Recommend Actions for Control Measures

Explanation

This activity is used to recommend actions for risk control measures. You can recommend actions for each control measure linked to the hazard.

Use Risk Assessment/ Hazards/ Details page to perform this activity. In the Risk Control Measures, create a new record in order to enter the action manually or use Get Actions from Template option to get the actions.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity,

• Templates of actions are required to be already defined in the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action Template.
• Risk control measures are required to be linked to the hazard in the Risk Control Measures table of the Risk Assessment/Hazards/Risk Control Measures.
