This activity is used to define Competency Groups. Competency groups help your employee competencies in a logical, useful manner. You are free to define as many levels of groups as necessary. Competency groups, you define which competencies the competence group consists of and the scale to use. The competency with their leveling scales is used in gap analysis and matching.

As a result of this activity, a structure of competency groups will be defined in the system.
