Use this activity to specify a relevant course to achieve the selected competency level for the competency. The user can add, modify, or delete records in this section.
In the graphical object structure (tree), expand the Competencies. Select the relevant Competency Group and then the Competency. Under the Courses tab, add the courses to which employee would need to complete to obtain the competency.
The changes made in this page will affect Course Specification/Qualifications Obtained/Competencies section in the Training Administration module.
