Job Cost Periods
It is possible to define a Payment Interval in the Rate Agreement details in
order to specify if the particular rate for a job cost type is applicable for a weekly
period
or hourly.
- Payment Interval 'Hourly' - The rate specified will be calculated per
hour for the total time reported at the job cost calculation point.
- Payment Interval 'Weekly' - The rate specified will be applicable for
total reported time for a complete week. The week start day can be user
specified (per company) in the Work Time Calendar Options sub menu under
Company Details window. A complete week is considered as 7 days from the
start day (including the week start day).
It is important to note that only complete weeks will be considered into the
job cost calculations where time registered for a week partially will not be
calculated. Week Start Day can be defined by user in Company Details window.
