This activity is used to reopen a maintenance event. This is useful, for instance, when unplanned work is required to be carried out and you need to add more task cards to the event.
Note: It is also possible reopen an event by using the Status option in Included Events tab from the Manage Maintenance order page.
To perform this activity, an event in the Work Done status must exist on the maintenance order. Sign off should not have been performed on the event, if any sign off requirements exist.
As a result of this activity, the status of the event is set to Started.
