Use this activity to change the owner of the shop order product, component material and by-products with ownership set to customer owned.
To change the owning customer, click Change Owning Customer and select the new owner from the Customer field.
This activity requires that no reservations, issues, or receipts have been made on the shop order.
Ownership of shop order, or of at least one component, needs to be set to Customer Owned.
As a result of this activity, the owner of the shop order product, component material and by-products is changed at one time.
The components or by-product lines with the Ownership selected as Company Owned will not be affected by this activity.
