You can enable the transport tasks as warehousing task type for an inventory site. This means that you will be using the warehousing message system to communicate and manage this type of inventory signal. A transport task can be used as an electronic kanban signal for inventory transfers within or between inventory sites. Select the task type Transport Task, set its status to Active and edit the other values if needed.
This activity requires the existence of an inventory site.
As a result of this activity the system is able to create warehousing transport tasks for the inventory site.
