Use this activity to change the status of a structure or routing alternate to Cancelled. A structure or routing alternate with Cancelled status is invisible to the system for allocations, demands, order operations, load and planning, and costing purposes. When it is has Cancelled status, you cannot modify the structure or routing alternate and its components or operations. To change the status back to Tentative after cancellation, click Status, then click Review.
This activity requires that the structure alternate has Tentative or Plannable status.
As a result of this activity, the system changes the status of the structure or routing alternate to Cancelled. If no other structure alternates for the part revision have Plannable or Buildable status, the value of Product Status is set to Not In Effect.
