This activity is used to copy a specific routing alternate to a specific routing alternate on a pre-existing routing revision.
This activity requires that the routing for which you want to create an alternate must have been created.
As a result of this activity, the system copies a specific routing alternate to a specific routing alternate on a preexisting routing revision. Tool usage information is copied. No serial pointers are copied. These must be manually defined by the user. No work guidelines are copied. If the new alternate contains operations, the alternate will be set to the default state, as defined in Site/Manufacturing. If the Copy Attached Documents is active the documents attached to Routing Alternate and Routing Operation will also be copied to the new alternate. The default value for this will be stored in the user profile.
