This activity is used to connect a corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to a non conformance report (NCR) or to another business object enabled for CAPA connections. A corrective action that is related to a NCR is made for eliminating the root cause of why the NCR occurred.
To connect a CAPA to a NCR, click Connect NCR, enter information about the NCR and click OK. In order to connect a CAPA to another business object, click Add Connection in the Connected To section, enter information about the object and click OK.
