This activity is used to create additional action lines for a corrective and preventive action (CAPA). An action line shows what should be done and who is next to act. With each action you can perform investigation, action, verification and determine effectiveness. One action line is created when the CAPA is released. To create a new CAPA action line click the new command in the Actions section, specify a target date and click Save.
A CAPA must exist in status Released or In Progress.
As a result of this activity, at least one action line is added to the CAPA. A responsible person will be set on the action line. This person is the next to act and will decide who shall carry out the investigation step.
