Access Attributes Overview

Explanation

This activity is used to inspect all access attributes that are currently defined in the system.

It allows you to perform the following functions:

• Obtain an overview of which logical units are currently protected and by which attributes (via the Active option).
• Obtain an overview of what operations are enabled for specific access attributes (via Registration, Modification, Removal options).

There are no prerequisites

System Effects

This activity allows you to quickly activate and deactivate attributes via the Active option. If you deactivate all Active check boxes for a specific logical unit, it will be turned off completely and everyone will be able to access data it stores. If at least one attribute for the logical unit is active, only persons with access to this attribute will be able to register, modify or remove the data.
