Search IL Voucher Rows

Explanation

Use this activity to display voucher row information for one or more vouchers in the internal ledger (IL).

Note: You can reach this page also from IL Vouchers Analysis, IL Balance Analysis, IL Structure Analysis, IL Projects Analysis, IL Project Analysis and IL Structure Project Analysis.

Prerequisites

Before voucher row information can be queried, the following must have been completed:

• The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is done via the Basic Data in IFS/Internal Ledger.
• The voucher(s) must have been updated from the hold table to the Internal ledger.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.
