Configure Payroll Integration Related Basic Data

 

Explanation

This page is a configuration window to map values between payroll vendor and IFS Cloud. Following values can be mapped.

• Address – Which address type to be sent to Payroll application

• Gender - Map values defined at Personal File>Gender

• Employment type/Assignment Type/Degree of Occupation can be mapped to Position Time Type

• Assignment Type/Employment Type could be mapped to Work Type

• Payroll ID – Payroll ID is a unique ID sent by payroll vendor to identify to which payroll employee is belonged to based on pay frequency. This is a one to one mapping.

Note : One IFS Value can be mapped only to One XML Tag. One XML tag can be mapped to multiple IFS Values. If default is selected all the un-mapped values related to IFS filed will be mapped to particular XML Value

Prerequisites

• Payroll vendors should be defined at Payroll Interface> Vendor List

• Employment Types should be defined at Employment Type

• Assignment Types should be defined at Assignment Type

• Gender should be defined at Gender Type

• Pay Frequencies should be defined at Salary Rate Frequency and Period

System Effects

Mapped values will be fetched when XML is generated to send to payroll
