Use this activity to do actions that MRP propose for a specific purchase order line or shop order. It is possible to do actions for MRP Messages like Early Order, Late Order, Remove Order, Supply is Past Due, Min Order Qty > Lot Size, Order > Max Lot Size, Order After Horizon and Order Not Multiple.
In the upper part of the dialog, there is information about the MRP proposal and planning data for the part.
In the middle part of the dialog, there is information about the shop order or the purchase order line.
In the lower part of the dialog, you can enter an action note, and the note will be visible for the order until the purchase order line is cancelled or closed.
Click OK to save your changes and go back to the MRP Action Proposals page or MRP Action Proposals Workbench page. Click Cancel to go back to the MRP Action Proposals page or MRP Action Proposals Workbench page. Click Apply to save your changes and stay in the same dialog. Click Navigate to open the particular Purchase Order page or the Shop Order page.
This activity requires populating the MRP Action Proposals page or MRP Action Proposals Workbench page, selecting one row at a time via the command.
As a result of this activity, the follow up command should bring Shop Order page or Purchase Order page for the relevant orders in which the MRP messages are like Early Order, Late Order, Remove Order, Supply is Past Due, Min Order Qty > Lot Size, Order > Max Lot Size, Order After Horizon and Order Not Multiple.
