Define Schedule Progress Points

Explanation

Use this activity to define schedule progress points. Progress points are one or more fixed points at which you report progress against production schedules for each production line. These points need only be defined if you want to report progress at an intermediate stage rather than at the end of the manufacturing process. This task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person.

If progress points are defined for a production line, then all production must pass through each progress point. Note that there are restrictions on adding or removing progress points once production is reported against a production line.
