Use this function to specify a lead time and a lead time code for inventory parts in the inventory part register. This information controls how a part is processed when it is in demand. You calculate manufacturing lead times for parts automatically in Lead Time Calculation. However, you should manually check the lead time, as you might need to add a safety margin for lot sizes or other factors.Both the manufacturing lead time and purchase lead time can de defined in Lead Times and Supply Dates section in the inventory part.
