This activity is used to define procurement clause phrases as basic data. When a business has information (e.g.: rules, regulations, guidelines or instructions) which should be communicated to the suppliers, that information can be defined as procurement clause phrases. This optional task is to be performed by a procurement/legal specialist.
You can enable the Procurement Clause option in the header section on the Phrase page to separate procurement clause phrases from the standard phrase library. All procurement clause phrases should be connected to a clause type, which controls the behavior/visibility of each procurement clause phrase.
