This optional activity is used to create time bound revisions for procurement clause phrase. If the information in the phrase text is time bound, or expected to change after a certain date, new revisions can be created with relevant texts against valid time periods.
In a case where mercury content of materials brought into the site should be less than 8% until the end of this year, and if it should be further reduced to 5% in next year, two revisions can be created for this year and the next.
Time period between the phase in date and the phase out date shall be checked against promised delivery date of the purchase order line and wanted receipt date of purchase requisition line to select the valid procurement clause phrase revision.
