This activity is used to define the procurement clause phrase text. This text can be used to communicate the details of rules, regulations, guidelines or instructions that the supplier should follow, and will be available on printed purchase order.
In a case where mercury content of materials brought into the site should be less than 8% during this year, and if it should be further reduced to 5% in next year, two revisions can be defined with corresponding phrase texts containing specific requirements related to mercury content.
The text can be defined in multiple languages, where the language code to which the phrase text is connected determines the language in which it is displayed and printed. You can define and use a phrase in any language installed in IFS Cloud.
Multi-line text editor is enabled for this field. Text formatting in the multi-line text editor will be used when phrase texts are printed on purchasing documents.
