Use this activity to manually reject order quotation(s). It is possible to reject quotation lines without approving any line. Rejection letters can be printed right away or you can postpone the printing. You can reject several order lines of several requests, simultaneously, using the Order Quotation Approvals page.
The order quotation(s) must be in the Answered status.
The quotation(s) will receive the Rejected status. The rejection letters can be printed, provided that the print option is used.
