Zoom and View GL Project Balance Information

Explanation

Use this activity to define how the selected balances are to be displayed on screen.

Prerequisites

Before the display of balances can be defined in the Zoom-in dialog box, the following must have been completed:

• The balances must have been selected from the database, i.e. you must use the Search function either in Project Analysis, Projects Details, or Structure Project Analysis.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected balances are displayed on screen. You can use the Zoom-in button once more to make a new definition of how to display the balances.
