Use this activity to set default cost activity for project accruals. When posting accruals at the sub contract summary level, the default activity of the sub contract is used as the default cost activity for the project accrual. However, when the default activity of the sub contract belongs to another project than the project the accrual is created for, the default cost activity of the project needs to be fetched. In such cases, the default cost activity in the project's basic data is fetched to the accrual snapshot when a project accrual is created,
