Connect/Disconnect Contract Change Orders
Explanation
Use this activity to connect contract change order forecasts to a budget/forecast
version.Contract change order forecasts can be connected in the Project Forecast
page using the Manage Forecast Connectios. Use the radio button
to Connect/Disconnect the Contract Change Order in the Contract Change Order
tab.
If a change has been done in a contract change order forecast after
it has been connected to a project budget or forecast you are able to update
the project budget or forecasts with this new changed amount.
PrerequisitesPrerequisites
- A contract change order with a contract change order forecast
should exist for the project.
System Effects
- An existing contract change order forecast is connected to the selected
budget/forecast version and the ETC Contract Change Order column
will be added to the list of project forecast lines.
- If it is a disconnection: The existing contract change
order forecast is disconnected from the selected budget/forecast version.
When all the connections are disconnected from the selected budget/forecast
the ETC Contract Change Order column will be removed from the list
of project forecast lines.
- When using update, all the values in the ETC Contract
Change Order column in the project forecast lines will be recalculated
for the contract change order forecast.
