This activity is used to transfer a resource forecast version into Resource Planning. Only one resource forecast version can be transferred per project. Once it has been transferred, the version cannot be updated further. The hours are transferred from the forecast to the resource planning and further planning can be done in the Project Resource Planning page.
A resource forecast version in the Approved status should exist.
