If the any of the dates have changed since the Request For Quotation (RFQ)
was created or last modified, you can update the RFQ with the new dates. If
the indicator for 'Date Changed' is set to 'yes', this command will be available.
Prerequisites
RFQ must exist.
Only dates have changed since the RFQ was created/modified last.
