Generate Sample Frequency Schedule
Explanation
This activity is used to generate a schedule for a control plan inventory
to schedule the creation of inventory analyses.
A schedule can be generated with different frequency:
- Annually - Analysis is created once every year.
- Monthly - Analysis is created on its start date every month.
- Weekly - Analysis is created on a weekly basis. You can also
choose the days of the week on which you want the analysis to be
created.
- Daily - Analysis is created based on an interval of days. You
can enter a number indicating how often you want to generate the
analysis. For example, 2 creates an analysis every two days.
To generate a sample frequency schedule, click Schedule Sample
Frequency, enter scheduling information and click OK.
Prerequisites
- A control plan inventory header and one or more control plan lines for
that header must exist.
- The control plan must be in the Active status.
System Effects
- A schedule for generating inventory analyses is created. Created
schedules can be viewed in the Scheduled Inventory Control
Plans page.
- Analyses will be created automatically as defined by the sample frequency
schedule.
