Add Offer Details

Explanation

You can offer a job to an Applicant upon successful completion of a selection process. When keeping the Applicant Record with the status 'Offered', it is important to keep the offer related information before creating the Employee File (during the pre-boarding phase). Example: Refer offer details to prepare Appointment letters, Background Verification etc.

You need to enter following information when you offer a Job.

If the offer is connected to a Requisition, you can get above information from the Requisition by default. If not you have to add all the Information manually.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, An Applicant record should be available in 'Reserved' or 'In Recruitment' state.
