You can add a category to an Applicant as a tag. You can define categories as basic data in 'Talent Pool Categories' page. You can select a record and add one or more categories.
In order to perform this activity, Categories should be defined as basic data in 'Talent Pool Categories' page. Applicant records should be available in IFS Cloud.
As a result of this activity, categories will be added to Applicant and added categories can be viewed in 'Talent Pool Category' field / column.
