A selection process is a procedure that sets guiding principles for a recruitment process.
Enter the Selection Stages according to a sequence and specify the possible outcomes of each stage in Status Type.
Example: Selection Stage: Interview / Status Type: Selected/Not Selected
If the status type is Quantitative you can type a score. For status type defined as "Qualitative", define the Qualitative data types in Qualitative Selection Levels page. If the selection stage is not applicable for Internal applicants, set the value as 'No' in 'Applicable to Internal Applicants' column.
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, registered predefined stages and status types in this page will be visible in drop-down menus in the Selection Process of Recruitment Requisition.
